We stayed here about a year ago and honestly, it was around a 2-star experience back then—service was slow and things felt a bit unorganized. We decided to give it another try, and wow, what a difference. Everything felt smoother, the staff were more attentive, and the place looked much better maintained. It’s clear they’ve taken feedback seriously.
On our first visit, we had a few issues with cleanliness and communication, which made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. This time, everything was different. The team was welcoming, responsive, and the rooms were spotless. It really feels like they listened to past guests and made real changes.
Before, I would’ve rated this place a 2 or maybe 2.5 at best. It just didn’t feel worth it. But now, after our recent stay, I’d easily give it 4+ stars. The experience feels more polished, and there’s more attention to detail. It’s now something I’d actually recommend to friends.
I remember leaving a not-so-great review before due to service delays and lack of coordination. Coming back recently, I was surprised at how much has improved. Staff are more organized, friendly, and proactive. It honestly feels like a completely different place now.
